Course Outline
1. Under the Hood
The first section of this course goes over parts of the truck engine to look at and inspection prior to starting, this includes hoses, wiring, belts, and fluid levels.
2. The Walk Around
The second lesson in this course provides an overview of the basic items and parts of the truck to look over prior to getting in the truck, as well as how to properly check the lights and their functions.
3. Air Brake Inspection
The third section of this course provides a detailed method of inspecting, checking, and maintaining the air brakes in trucks, as well as what to do in case of a failure.
4. Post Trip Inspection
The final lesson in this course provides you with an outline of the national safety code for trip inspections, which goes over what is and is not required after each trip.
