Training Overview
This Scissor Lift Operator Certification course offers theory training and a practical evaluation required for operating a scissor lift in Ontario. Students will learn the theory necessary to operate a scissor lift safely, then participate in a hands-on evaluation to demonstrate the safe operation and handling of a Skyjack SJ3219 scissor lift in accordance with CSA standards B354.7:17 and B354.8:17. Students will receive a certificate after successfully completing their practical evaluation in the afternoon, and will be free to leave the class at that time.
A blended version of this training is also available for students who would prefer to complete the theory portion of their training online, and then attend a half-day class at our facility for the hands-on portion of operator evaluation. Click here to register for the Blended Class ($149).
