Training Overview
This Mobile Elevated Work Platform course offers theory training and a practical evaluation required for operating an aerial lift in Ontario. Students will learn the theory necessary to operate a MEWP safely, then participate in a hands-on evaluation to demonstrate the safe operation and handling of a Skyjack SJ3219 scissor lift in accordance with CSA standards B354.7:17 and B354.8:17.
Training Options
- Instructor-led – $195: This is the standard Elevating Work Platform Training course, which consists of one day of in-class training, including hands-on equipment training.
- Blended – $149: Blended training provides the theory portion of the training that is delivered online, at your own pace, and typically takes about 4 hours to complete. The practical component of training then takes an additional 3.5 hours in class, during which you will participate in hands-on instructor-led training.
Booking Process:
- Select your preferred training date and then add however many seats you require to your cart by selecting “Book Now”.
- You will then be asked to fill out your billing information before completing your booking and payment.
- Once processed, you will fill out attendee information and automatically receive a receipt and confirmation for your booking reservation.
- A second email with the details for your training including: start time, directions, and anything you will need for your upcoming class will follow shortly after.
- If you chose the blended training, your online training will be available immediately once your booking is complete.
