How can we help?
Available Options
- Internal Online Training – we will assist you in developing original training content to meet a specific need, or in converting existing training whether online or instructor-led to a modern eLearning format for delivery on a custom branded Worksite LMS training site for your organization or your own internal LMS.
- Customized Online Training – we will work with you to develop an additional module to one of our existing eLearning programs (WHMIS, TDG, Violence & Harassment, etc.) to address specific company policies or site specific hazards.
- Instructor-Led Training – whether you need to create an orientation program to deliver to new workers, or you want to update an existing training program, our team will assist in creating a standards-compliant and learner centred training program to be delivered in a classroom setting.
- Reference Materials, Handbooks and Posters – to help with retention and reinforcement, our consultant and design teams can assist in developing safety program handbooks, posters and other reference materials .
Delivery Options
Even after the work of developing the training is complete, we will assist you in choosing the best delivery option for you and help you launch the program with your organization.
For Instructor-Led programs, we are able to provide train-the-trainer support for internal instructors or assist by facilitating the training delivery with members of our professional Instructor team. Training materials can include a PowerPoint presentation, instructor manual, participant guide, exams, and reference books.
For Online Training programs, our instructional design team will produce a SCORM or xAPI compliant package that can be loaded into your organizations own Learning Management System (LMS). We are also able to provide a private label instance of Worksite Safety’s LMS to deliver your own programs as well as our eLearning library to your organization on your own website.
