Prequalification & COR
Overview
No on-staff consultant? Do you have a job that requires compliance with a prequalification system? We provide full-service management of your prequalification, and will work with management and the health and safety committee as required to update or develop your Health and Safety program as necessary to meet the requirements for prequalification. This includes existing program and policy review, site visits (if necessary), hazard analysis and control, and program development and upload.

Next Steps
- Prior to any work beginning, we will meet with you to share recommendations, and make a plan that meets your needs.
- We will review all existing health and safety policies and programs to identify gaps in existing programs related to owner/client standards, the act and regulations.
- We will then visit workplace(s) (if necessary) and identify key elements related to business operations.
- We will prepare or update the health and safety program to meet the standards related to your workplace (depending on workplace, programs will include hazard analysis, training, inspections, incident investigation, JHSC, safe work procedures and violence and harassment).
- When the program is ready, we will prepare a report and review with key personnel and management.
- We will manage submission and ongoing maintenance of your profile and program to ensure prequalification
