Workers can access their training anytime, on any device, with a web browser and an internet connection. Courses are fully narrated and adaptive to work with various devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets), with engaging activities, animation, and case studies to increase knowledge retention.

User Reporting

Your account includes a variety of training management tools, such as bulk or individual user account management, user progress reporting, compliance tracking, and the creation of custom certifications. This enables you to track your training compliance needs (even training from other providers) within a single account.

Surprisingly Helpful Live Support

Students and account managers can access live support over the phone, through text, email, and live chat. Our dedicated support team includes subject matter experts, advisors, and instructors in Dundas, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta. Available 7 days/week.

Electronic & Paper Certificates

Students will be issued a certificate of completion immediately upon course completion. This includes an electronic certificate as well as a PDF/printable certificate. You can choose to physically sign these certificates with a pen or sign them digitally with a touch-enabled device (smartphone or tablet). Digital signatures can be requested for any user from within your account through the interface or via email, eliminating the need to track workers down for signatures. Complete training records are stored securely within your account and can be viewed or downloaded anytime.

Regular Updates

Course contents are regularly updated in compliance with CSA Standards, provincial and federal regulations, and industry best practices, with new courses added every month.
