Adding users to your online training account just got a little easier! With the Access Code feature, your users can do more self-management. This means they can register themselves and link their account to yours during registration, or after the fact.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

An access code uses your credits to enrol anyone who enters it. When you create an Access Code, you select which courses it applies to and which groups can use it. When a new account is created with your Access Code, the account user will automatically appear on your list of users and be enrolled in training with your purchased credits! Access Codes do not have to be tied to course credits. If your new employee already has an account on our system, you can use Access Codes to bring their existing account under your list of users!

We like options, so this is just one of the methods you can use to add new users. If you prefer to add your users manually, the Add New User feature is still available!
